Key Responsibilities Lead the programme / event design with respective partners, incorporating relevant design principles to achieve a win‐win outcome. Identify and engage stakeholders, organisations and parent communities who believe in the Active Parents movement and Nurture Kids Programme / Early Childhood initiatives and amplify our efforts through programmes, events and communications campaigns. Manage the overall programme development and operations and ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage Active Parents and Nurture Kids' programme/early childhood initiatives and amplify efforts through outreach initiatives such as Engagement sessions, roadshows, communications campaigns. Support integrated marketing communications including online and offline branding, publicity and outreach efforts and overall execution of Nurture Kids and preschool initiatives and Active Parents movement. Qualifications & Experience As part of the Strategic Planning & Programme Integration Division in the Sport Development Group, this role will be responsible for leading the programme development with like-minded partners and support outreach initiatives to increase opportunities for children, youth and parents to participate in sport. This role is also responsible for leading digital content production, marketing communications as well as digital asset management and operations for our B2B and B2C stakeholders/target audience i.e., parents, preschools, educators etc. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess 2–3 years' experience in the following domains: Programme design, outreach initiatives and managing strategic partnerships Working with internal/external stakeholders to deliver programmes and initiatives Project/event management, preferably in a sport related field Integrated marketing campaigns and efforts with online and offline deliverables Relevant experience in event/programme planning, development, and execution and working with children/parents/educators would be advantageous.
