Overview Job Title : Tea Barista (perm) Urgent hiring Join Our Team as a Tea Barista – Where Tradition Meets Modern Craft Are you passionate about tea, customer service, and delivering memorable experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tea Baristas to join our dynamic team Whether you're already a tea lover or eager to learn, this is your chance to be part of a brand that’s redefining modern tea drinking. Location: Islandwide Working days: 5 days work week, based on roster Salary range: Basic + Allowance + Incentives ( Gross $2500-$3500)Key Responsibilities Prepare beverages according to company standard operating procedures (SOP) and recipes. Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments. Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, acting as a Company brand ambassador. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barista area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations in line with Health & Safety and Hygiene protocols. Ensure sufficient stock levels by monitoring tea inventory, restocking supplies, and handling deliveries. Adhere to operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily store operations. Requirements Passionate, responsible, and motivated with a positive attitude. Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar F&B role advantageous (training will be provided for those without experience). Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.
