Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Tue morning Wed morning Thu morning Fri morning Sat morning Sat afternoon Sat evening Sun morning Sun afternoon Sun evening 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supportive equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other team members to address technical problems and find solutions. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Service the In-house equipment as soon as it is back in the office. Upkeep of all the in-house Equipment, spare parts inventory and technical warehouse. Supporting the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects. Direct Communication with External Partners & customers. Daily cooperation with other sub-departments such as Sales, Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH etc. Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support. Job Requirements Technical Certificate / Nitec / ITE or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience as a technician for equipment. Technical experience in coffee machines will be considered as a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of electrical systems and controls. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Forklift License is an advantage. Driving License / Motorbike is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
