Pest Control Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Team Lead to spearhead our team in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of pest control methods, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor pest control technicians in safe and effective pest management practices.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Develop and implement customized pest control plans tailored to client needs.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, pests, and treatment methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pest control, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid pest control certification/license as required.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
