Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Ambassador. As a vital ambassador for our clients, you will be the first point of contact and serve as the face of our organization.

The successful candidate will possess strong product knowledge, administrative excellence, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our Mandarin speaking Associates to provide exceptional customer service and support customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delighting customers, is open-minded and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service, and is proficient in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong product knowledge and administrative excellence in support of operational needs
  • Have a good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates and support customer needs
  • Display a warm and cheerful disposition to provide exceptional customer service
  • Show proficiency in MS Office applications to efficiently manage daily tasks
  • Work on weekends to meet the needs of our clients
