As a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer, you will be based in Singapore and work on delivering cutting-edge software solutions. With over 35 years of experience in IT and Engineering, our organization has established itself as a leader in providing innovative solutions to some of the world's largest industrial and services groups.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses strong hands-on experience in modern full-stack development, preferably with Node.js, Python, React, or similar technologies. Proficiency in cloud-native platforms, container technologies, and DevOps toolchains is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a secure, scalable experiment sandbox environment for rapid solution prototyping across the full technology stack. This includes driving modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, test automation, containerization, and microservices architecture within the experimental environment.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will provide technical leadership and guidance on engineering approaches, frameworks, and toolchains to accelerate innovation and prototype development. They will also track and report on experiment outcomes, including time-to-prototype, performance, and scalability assessments to inform future technical decisions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of software engineering experience, preferably in agile, product-focused environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-3 years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in modern full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React, etc.)
  • Proficiency in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps toolchains (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Experience with CI/CD, test automation, containerization, and microservices architecture
