Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)Join to apply for the Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)role at Axiom Overview We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time) to support our F500 clients: Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions. Qualifications 2+ PQE in Commercial Contracts, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department. Experienced in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts.
