Job Title: IT Quality Project Manager (6-Month Contract, open for renewal)Location: Singapore Nationality: Singaporean Job Summary The IT Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance standards across the organisation's IT systems and services. This role ensures all IT deliverables meet internal benchmarks, regulatory obligations, and customer expectations. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, lead audits, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Quality Strategy & Governance Develop and implement IT quality assurance policies, procedures, and frameworks. Align quality objectives with business needs and regulatory requirements. Maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, audit logs, and compliance reports. Audit & Compliance Conduct regular system audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards. Lead root‐cause analysis and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure adherence to ISO, ITIL, and other relevant audit frameworks. Testing & Validation Oversee system integration, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking processes. Monitor quality metrics, performance indicators, and testing outcomes. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with IT, Operations, and Support teams to resolve quality issues. Train, mentor, and guide staff on QA protocols, tools, and best practices. Lead stakeholder communications and cultivate a culture of quality across teams. Continuous Improvement Analyse incident and defect trends to recommend process enhancements. Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and best practices. Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, performance, and user experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT quality assurance or IT operations. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and IT service management. Experience with audit frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and COBIT. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Programming experience in Java, J2EE, or Microservices.
