  • Provide information on procedures and services for Dental Clinic
  • Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows
  • Identify patient needs and provide personalised solutions
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations
  • Support projects as assigned by management
  • Work in team with the Customer Service Department

Requirements
  • Min 2 years experience in call operator
  • Min O level
  • Working hours 5.5 days a week ( Weekend WFH)
  • Proficient in computer skills
