Roles & Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Ensure alignment to the Acteon Way: Sustainable Safety Management. Actively participate and support the integration of InterMoor businesses across the region, culturally and within job function Maintain legal register for Singapore regional operations. Provide QHSE technical support for regional operational activities. Provide QHSE subject specific training as required to meet legal standards. Manage the risk assessment programme. Performs internal auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within the location. Perform incident investigations and communicates with other and follow up until all action items have been closed. Provide area managers with the required QHSE tools to enable them to discharge their duties. Maintain 0 LTI FR. Establish QHSE data capture mechanism to monitor internal inefficiencies (Cost of Poor Quality Performance). Support Acteon QHSE Compliance and be the local resource for Opco’s to implement training. Ensuring HSE regulatory concerns are addressed and compliances are maintained for all Marine Operations and Projects. Work closely with all related parties to develop suitable QHSE procedures, processes and competency systems are in place for the company to manage its Marine operations and Project in a cost effective and efficient manner, both onshore and offshore. Work closely with the General Manager and other managers in the company to ensure that the operations and projects carried out meet the QHSE requirements of our clients and stakeholders at all times. Be responsible for monitoring QHSE performance and strive for continuous performance improvement, through approved action plans. Ensure best QHSE practices and various continuous improvement plans are shared with the company QHSE department Assist with the preparation and delivery of tenders and proposals for QHSE Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance of QHSE for products and services in line with operations and project requirements. Participating in Client / Contractor meetings and resolution of any QHSE Issues. Assign QHSE target, tasks, brief operations personnel, vessels and execute QHSE plan. Oversee QHSE in line with operations procedures and guidelines. Ensure project is carried out within the QHSE targets and QA standards. Coordinate implementation and continuous development of QHSE systems. Support and participation in all InterMoor global QHSE activities Comply with InterMoor quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment. To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk. Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures. Manage and maintain records for company asset working closely with project and operations team. Planning of schedule maintenance of company assets with operations team. Managing and planning periodic renewal of the documentation related to company assets and maintaining the database with most updated documents. Support project team with necessary documentations such as permits, delivery order, CIPL etc in support of the mobilization demobilization of company assets. Requirements: Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture or a based discipline and hold at least Certificate in Health, Safety and Environment or higher. (E). More than 5 years of experience in ISO Certification (Quality Management System), internal audit and offshore company in a marine, engineering or operations role (E). Experience in Leading and involving in incident/accident investigation team. (E) Experience in leading and conducting Risk Assessment for Operations and Projects. (E) Experience in leading Internal Audit for the company. (E) At least three years in a supervisory role. (E) Rigmoving, mooring installation or anchor handling operations experience. (P) Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. (E) A good understanding of risk and how it applies to contracts and offshore operations. (E) Experience in personnel management and in a project management role would be an advantage. (P) Project organization and administration acumen. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Good customer liaison skills.
