Overview We are seeking a Finance Director for an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate in key cities in Asia. Responsibilities Lead the full finance and accounting function including taxation, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, financing and cash flow management to support investments, divestments, and deal advisory. Collaborate closely with the investment team, supporting the commercial director and managing director on all projects/portfolios. Business partner with bankers on financing matters and negotiations. Recommend investment parameters to manage risks and generate acceptable returns. Qualifications Degree in Accountancy and Chartered Accountant with 10–12 years of relevant experience (excluding external audit experience). Sound fund management experience in the industrial/logistics real estate sector. Commercial acumen with knowledge of the Asia real estate market, including properties, rents, cost structures, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
