Business Specialist/Sr. Specialist - SAP SD
As a member of Colgate-Palmolive's Information Technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around the sales and distribution module, including sales order processes, delivery, invoicing, intercompany & intracompany processes, and more.Your experience and expertise in configuring the entire sales order to invoice process, EDI message types, IDOCs, output configuration, and determination setup will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency in areas such as pricing procedures, material determination, and knowledge of SAP TM & EM Module will also be highly beneficial.You will be expected to apply Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities, ensuring SLA compliance, managing on-call responsibilities, and analyzing and resolving issues efficiently. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts in business terms, and work towards common goals will be essential.To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years specializing in the SAP Sales & Distribution Module. A background in engineering, BSc. computer science, or BSc IT is preferred, along with demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.Preferred qualifications include SAP certification in Sales & Distribution module, experience with EDI interfaces, and knowledge of different EDI messages in the order to invoices process.
