We are looking for a HR Intern/ HR Officer (Contract) to join our team: 1. Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruitment operations — from posting job ads, screening resumes, and contacting candidates to scheduling interviews and preparing hiring documents. Help organize both physical and virtual recruitment events. Track and report on recruitment activities and progress. 2. Employer Branding Help make KK the employer of choice in the retail scene Create engaging content for our social media platforms to promote recruitment activities and employee stories. 3. Employee Experience Assist in running feedback surveys and initiatives to understand employee sentiment. Help analyse insights and propose ideas to improve engagement and workplace satisfaction. 4. HR Administration Support HR with onboarding, document filing, and attendance checks for full-time and part-time staff. Who We’re Looking For Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player. Able to commit at least 3 months and start in November 2025 .
