Job Description:
We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fun Experience Facilitator. As a Fun Experience Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by facilitating immersive and engaging activities that bring people together.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent service to customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Facilitate games and activities that promote teamwork and bonding.
  • Assist customers with making or amending bookings in the booking system.
  • Monitor customers in the game rooms and provide support if required.
  • Cashiering duties.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
