Labour Supply Assistance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to support our labour supply operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients and workers alike. Responsibilities Assist the Labor Supply Manager in overseeing day‐to‐day operations, including recruitment, placement, and scheduling of workers. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for available positions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of client orders. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Monitor worker performance and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of employee information, assignments, and payroll data. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain a talented workforce. Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Previous experience in a staffing agency, labor supply company, or similar role preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee management, and client relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Detail‐oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record‐keeping. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive work culture.
