Job Title : Assistant Head/Head of Language FacultyKey Responsibilities Provide academic leadership for the Language Faculty, including English and Chinese language programmes Oversee curriculum design, courseware development, and teaching resource Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers Monitor student progression, outcomes, and academic performance data Lead regular meetings with the language teaching team to review performance and share best practices Ensure quality assurance and academic compliance with GD4 standards Deliver lessons or workshops where required to model best teaching practices Support staff professional development and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching and learning Requirements Postgraduate qualifications in Linguistics/Applied Linguistics and CELTA, PGCE or equivalent professional teaching certification preferred Proven experience in language teaching (English and/or Chinese) and curriculum development MOE-trained or MOE-experienced teachers preferred Candidates currently holding or recently having held a similar leadership role preferred Experience with international students and a strong grasp of proficiency benchmarks (KET, PET, AEIS, IELTS) Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis for academic performance tracking is an advantage How to Apply Ready to be part of this exciting journey?
