Principal accountabilities/Main tasks: Generate purchase orders according to requirement in the purchase orders and weekly inventory ordering Follow up with delivery on purchase orders Coordinate all the sourcing and purchases for material readiness to fulfill production orders. Drive material leadtime improvement & cost saving from alternate source Obtains material quotation for Engineering department and Sales department (NPI)Constantly maintain supplier's performance in quality and delivery including material cost reductions Monitor & drive vendor's quality, pricing and delivery performance Generate SCM month end report Coordinate with Production on out-source services Assumes responsibilities that are delegated by the department head from time to time Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Minimum Degree, Minimum 5 year(s) experience in purchasing, Preferably in Electronic Industry, Good communication and negotiation skill, Proficient in MS office application.
