We are looking for experienced engineers to join our Cloud Platform Engineering team. The team develops platform automations, processes, toolchains, and best practices to enable secure, scalable, and reliable services on the cloud. You will play a key role in designing and building the next generation of cloud infrastructure and developer services, empowering teams to innovate quickly while maintaining security and resilience. Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS
What to Expect
Participate in an in-house engineering squad to drive engineering excellence in the design, development, and operations of the cloud platform.
Guide and mentor development communities to adopt and deploy on the cloud.
Learn and implement large-scale automation for multi-cloud landing zones across major cloud service providers.
Design, develop, and maintain platform services used by multiple teams and agencies.
Serve as a subject matter expert in DevOps methodologies, contributing to automation, availability, scalability, and resiliency across the ecosystem.
Focus on API and backend automation development in , and ensure secure code deployment through modern CI/CD toolchains such as GitLab, Atlassian, and Terraform.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in API/backend development and integration using and Python.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment and automation.
Hands-on leadership experience guiding small teams of software engineers.
Practitioner in agile development, secure pipelines, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Policies as Code, and Git.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Interest in large-scale distributed systems and their operational challenges.
Familiar with code security and open-source tools in related domains.
Strong passion for automation.
Nice-to-have: Terraform, Bash scripting.
Nice-to-have: experience with cloud landing zones (e.g., AWS Control Tower, Terraform Landing Zone, Microsoft Azure CAF).
Nice-to-have: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and familiarity with application monitoring tools.
