Responsibilities: Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and productivity Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records Minimum Requirements: Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry Sales driven and proactive Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays Fluent in both oral and written communication skill Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
