Roles & Responsibilities About Us We are an architectural firm established since 1991 and our firm is committed to the pursuit of design excellence, professional integrity and personalised service to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Executive to join our team. Job Responsibilities Prepare schematic design drawings, building plans, tender and all other necessary architectural drawings and documents Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities on project execution and delivery Check/Prepare submission drawings, forms and letters for E-Corenet submission to Authorities Work closely with Project Architects throughout design development and implementation stages to project completion Engage in project meetings and proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues Update, make amendments to drawings and perform site check if needed Assist the Project Architects and to carry out duties and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office Requirements Bachelor/Master in Architecture Minimum 1 year relevant experience Proficient in AutoCad & BIM Revit Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, etc. Pro-active and able to work as a team and independently Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude Other Details Accessible location: 3 mins walk from Rochor MRT or 5 mins walk from Jalan Besar MRT 5 days work week, 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays Please submit your resume through Careersfuture with your current and expected salary.
