The team oversees the department's daily functions, manages learner registrations, supports operations, and helps create a conducive learning environment while ensuring all logistics and equipment are well-coordinated and maintained.Key Responsibilities Allocate appropriate assessment sessions based on the number of learners. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors. Ensure training facilities are well-maintained and all equipment remains in good condition. Stay well-informed about course details and structures. Handle course enquiries and support learners during the registration process. Track and verify learners' attendance and assessment outcomes. Monitor and review training processes, programmes, and workflows to ensure quality and effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed.
