We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of a NASDAQ-listed tech company. This role combines high-level administrative responsibilities with opportunities to engage in various business and personal matters, requiring a broad skill set.

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the CIO, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Accompany the CIO to business meetings, client engagements, and social events, ensuring seamless logistics and professional representation.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports in English and, if required, Chinese language.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide assistance with personal tasks as required, ensuring a balanced approach to the executive's professional and personal life.
  • Proactively anticipate the executive's needs and manage priorities efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to accompany the executive to meetings, events, and travel as needed.
