Roles & Responsibilities Client is a manufacturer of ICT Products, a renown household product established over 45 years. They have recently expanding into the enterprise space. Should you have experience managing 200 distribution local partners of at least 30-50 active ones in AI enabled surveillance security products or ICT solutions like cloud managed network suitable for SMB like cisco meraki, aruba instant on, H3C Clouds, Ubiquiti, Ruijie Reyee or huawei ekit etc. Work Location: Central About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution and reseller partners in Singapore. This role focuses on hunting new partners who will promote and sell our range of IP cameras, routers, and Wi-Fi/networking solutions. You will play a critical role in building our channel ecosystem, enabling revenue growth through forming new strategic partnerships with system integrators, VARS and individual distributors and maintaining them. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new channel partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and system integrators in the surveillance, networking, and electronics space. Develop and execute a channel partner acquisition strategy to expand market reach SMB enterprise segment. Conduct business development activities including cold outreach, partner events, roadshows, and exhibitions. Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to train, enable, and support new partners for successful go-to-market execution. Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and incentive models. Track partner pipeline, onboarding progress, and sales KPIs using CRM tools. Stay updated on competitor movements, market trends, and channel dynamics to refine acquisition strategies. Drive quarterly partner sales targets and regional expansion plans. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel distribution and partner management for ICT products. Proven track record in partner hunting and acquisition, not just farming existing accounts. Strong knowledge of distribution models, and channel ecosystems in Singapore. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, independent, and strategic thinker with a strong execution focus. Familiar with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management. Preferred: • Experience handling Wi-Fi routers, IP cameras, IoT devices, or related enterprise networking products. • Existing partner network of distributors, SI, other VARS.
