Analyst, Investment Sales & Acquisitions Join JLL as an Analyst in the Singapore Capital Markets business, contributing to investment sales and acquisitions. Duties and Responsibilities Involve in marketing and execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in Singapore Capital Markets. Conduct financial studies and sales comparable analysis for strata commercial assets, shophouses, etc. Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials and information package for sell side transactions. Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.) and research and analysis of real estate market fundamentals. Assist with pitch/marketing documents and other duties as required. Requirements Undergraduate degree in business, finance or real estate. Strong academic record in analytical and financial courses. Excellent report writing, attention to detail, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and a second language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus). Real Estate Salesperson (RES) License preferred.
