Legal Consultant

Axiom, the leading provider of on‐demand legal talent globally, is seeking Commercial Legal Consultants with 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements to support large multinational companies. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on commercial transactions to support business objectives for large multinational companies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‐functional teams, such as finance and procurement, to align legal strategies with business goals. Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the technology and consumer goods sectors, to effectively advise clients. Assist in managing risks associated with commercial operations by identifying potential legal issues and proposing solutions to mitigate them. Qualifications 5+ years' PQE, covering drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, ideally gained within an in‐house setting. Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non‐disclosure agreements (NDAs). Demonstrated experience or specialization in the technology or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
