**Senior Design Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to lead the design of civil infrastructure works.

  • This position reports directly to the General Manager, overseeing all aspects of design management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design process of complex projects including road, underground rail & viaduct schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams of designers and engineers in the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective design strategies to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design, with expertise in project management.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project software.
