Job Title: Production Line Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Production Line Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOI related recipe creation, handle lot disposition including process & equipment restriction based on product yield and quality.
  • Perform first level commonality analysis, SPC & in line process data, material data, machine log and machine break down data, fault detection, yield loss, defect pareto, inline metrology and AOI data.
  • Understand camline control and operate in Powerbi dashboard for yield monitoring and support yield enhancement such as characterizing defect trend to display issues and baseline shifts by daily, weekly and monthly of SAW and BAW product lines.
  • Take part in mean time to detect (MTTD) improvement projects for early detection of process issue.
  • Assist engineering in yield enhancement strategies to characterize and react to yield issues and baseline shifts quickly, and work with cross functional team members from Process and Equipment to resolve yield related issues.

Competencies:

  • Ability to understand Quality & Yield performance by product, process & equipment.
  • Understand the whole process of production line from initial BE assembly steps and integrate to final test.
  • Able to analyse the abnormality and scrap with analysis tool & database.
  • Cross function interaction and continuous improvement across various departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
  • To perform shift work.
  • High level of discipline and integrity.
  • Willing to undergo job rotation / cross training.
  • Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
  • Meticulous, keen attention to details and organize.
