Job Title: Programme Development Officer
We are seeking a dedicated Programme Development Officer to support our volunteer programme. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain quality volunteers.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies

• Manage end-to-end volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and documentation

• Coordinate training sessions and engagement programmes for volunteers

• Plan and execute logistics for volunteer events and activities

• Draft submissions, reports, and proposals related to volunteer programmes

• Maintain and update the volunteer database

• Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Able to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
