Provide technically relevant instruction, assessment, and feedback in both lecture and hands-on lab environments. Prepare and maintain comprehensive course syllabus, ensuring all learning objectives are clearly defined. Design, update, and maintain all instructional course materials, including manuals, presentations, and training content. Utilize training technologies such as video conferencing, distance learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT practices.
