We are currently looking for an Associate Manager, SEO to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for driving SEO for Group M's key regional clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving SEO for Group M's key regional clients. In this role, your goals will be: In three months: Become familiar with organizational processes. Take ownership of existing SEO projects. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the Agencies. In six months: Deliver growth and establish Agency target revenue. Refine and further develop Analytics and SEM propositions to complement Agency offerings. Train team on delivery. In 12 months: Retention and growth of Agency SEO business and revenue target. Development of client training/workshop proposition to include: credentials, sales collateral, and training materials. What your day job looks like at Group M: The appointee will be responsible for the effective delivery of client SEO services either directly or by contributing to projects managed by other team members. There may also be communication with other Group M offices and external vendors. Agency Partner: Ensure delivery of existing business and maintain quality and satisfaction. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within the agencies. Be an evangelist for complete SEO offering within the Agencies and increase staff competencies for effective delivery. Specialist Area: Be a knowledge owner for Analytics and actively develop and share this knowledge with the team as well as provide/lead delivery. Support the further development of Analytics as a discrete offering by the team to support existing agency content offerings. Sales & Operations: Refine sales proposition and supporting processes for delivery. Retain clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your current portfolio. Work with the Director, SEO to create sales proposals and support RFPs with tangible data references, where appropriate. What you’ll bring: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of core SEO experience. Actively pursue excellence while driving for efficiency. Constantly seek to learn more, primarily in order to do more. See the big picture, yet pay attention to detail and take pride in accuracy. Collaborate well in a team environment while being responsible for your own work output. Keen to deliver to a set timeline and manage priorities accordingly. Client Account Management and Project Management skills. Content Creation & Optimization experience. Web Analytics (installation/configuration/analysis), especially Google Analytics. Preferred Expertise: Conversion Optimization (CRO/LPO). Advanced understanding of Java Script, CSS, and HTML and their impact on page performance and content delivery. Adaptability with API use and curiosity about data. Experience with Omniture/Google Analytics setup and configuration. Experience with Python. #J-18808-Ljbffr
