Perform geotechnical investigations to evaluate subsurface soil and rock conditions for sound foundation engineering. Design foundations that can support operational loads and withstand seismic and environmental challenges. Develop effective waterproofing solutions and drainage systems to safeguard structures from groundwater intrusion and water accumulation. Carry out structural assessments to ensure stability, durability, and safety, incorporating seismic design principles. Ensure all engineering work adheres to Singapore’s construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines, and compile technical documents for approval processes. Work collaboratively with different teams, liaise with contractors, architects, and external consultants, and supervise on-site inspections to maintain quality and compliance with design specifications. Investigate and adopt innovative materials and construction techniques to achieve cost-efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-optimized design outcomes. Well-versed in Singapore’s construction regulations and building standards.
