Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: The Release Team ensures smooth and controlled delivery of software packages, updates, and new features to production environments in compliance with the Change Management process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage software releases, updates, and deployments across multiple environments. Collaborate with application and development teams to validate software readiness and configure JIRA for release. Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive environment . Identify and resolve bottlenecks to streamline release processes and improve efficiency. Stay updated with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management best practices . Support automation and integration using tools like Jenkins , Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms. Work with Oracle DB, MariaDB , and Linux OS for deployment and troubleshooting activities. Shift Details: General: 9 AM – 6 PM Afternoon: 2 PM – 11 PM Night: 10 PM – 7 AM Weekend and public holiday support required on a rotational basis . Requirements: Experience with release coordination , DevOps tools , and CI/CD processes . Good understanding of database systems (Oracle, MariaDB) and Linux environments .
