What you will be responsible for: Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer features to ensure high-quality, complete data for model training. Develop and maintain efficient, automated data processing pipelines. Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models based on business requirements, independently handling model training, tuning, and evaluation. Stay up to date with the latest algorithms and technology trends, optimizing model structures and algorithms for improved accuracy and robustness. Optimize models for deployment using techniques such as compression, quantization, and pruning to enhance inference speed and resource efficiency. Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure smooth and stable deployment of models in real-world applications. Participate in cross-functional technical discussions and support the implementation of AI solutions for product requirements. Document technical processes and continuously improve development and maintenance workflows. Research and explore emerging technologies and tools to enhance the team's technical capabilities. How you will stand out: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with knowledge of common algorithms and model training processes. Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Proven experience in model training, tuning, and inference optimization, including techniques such as compression and quantization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data and model-related issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
