Job Title: Performing Artiste

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of scripts, songs and/or choreography to deliver exceptional performances.
  • Conduct thorough research on the play or character to gain a deeper understanding and make informed decisions.
  • Attend all scheduled rehearsals to ensure seamless execution and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Participate in costume fittings to ensure accurate representation and collaborate with other departments.
  • Take direction from the Director and/or Choreographer to achieve artistic vision and execute it effectively.
  • Collaborate with other Performers to create a cohesive and engaging experience for the audience.
  • Attend technical and dress rehearsals to identify and address any issues before the final show.
  • Deliver high-quality performances that captivate the audience and meet their expectations.
  • Utilize props and costumes effectively during the performance to enhance the overall experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required for specific shows, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution abilities to maintain a harmonious environment and resolve disputes efficiently.
