Role and Responsibilities
This is a key role within the Global Procurement team, reporting to the Global Category Manager. The Procurement Executive is the steward of Filtrona's Procurement data for internal and external stakeholders. This role will also support Filtrona's strategic business initiatives for Procurement categories.
Primary owner for all Procurement analysis, analytics, databases, and reports.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure business demand forecasts are updated, on time and accurate.
Perform data analysis and analytics to support the needs of Procurement categories and projects.
Maintain commercial databases, including pricing, rebates, and supplier agreements.
Prepare the required Procurement reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provide support for category strategies, including program implementation to deliver business goals.
Lead assigned end to end RFQs/RFPs.
Maintaining Supplier Key Performance Indicators tracking report.
Leverage SAP S/4 Hana and Ariba for end-to-end procurement automation and enhanced spend visibility.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering, supply chain management, math, finance, accounting, or business administration.
Minimum 2-4 years' working experience as Procurement analyst or equivalent.
Proficient with electronic Procurement and analytical software (SAP experience is beneficial)
Possess advanced analytical skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Working experience with multinational and multicultural teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Able to influence and build good working relationships with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Passionate in self-improvement, exploring and learning new skills and knowledge.
Preferred Skills
Adaptability working with virtual teams.
Prior working experience in Procurement categories will be advantageous.
Willing to learn and take on other Procurement roles.
