Are you an experienced tax professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role offers the chance to lead and manage complex tax matters across multiple Asia Pacific markets. You will oversee corporate tax reporting, planning, and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

You will support tax compliance efforts and monitor evolving country-specific issues, particularly around transfer pricing. Additionally, you will lead the development of tax-efficient models and structures, and engage with authorities on incentives and advisory matters.

You will provide tax input on M&A and restructuring activities, including integration and reorganization. Furthermore, you will drive tax optimization initiatives related to market entry, supply chain management, and regulatory changes.

You will coordinate regional tax operations, including intercompany transactions, budgeting, and reporting. Collaboration with finance, legal, and business teams on tax incentives and planning initiatives is also required.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in international or regional tax roles, preferably with experience in Asia Pacific markets. You should possess excellent knowledge of transfer pricing, tax audits, corporate tax compliance, and cross-border structuring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in international or regional tax roles.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, tax audits, corporate tax compliance, and cross-border structuring.
