Job Description

Reporting to the Principal Consultant, the Senior Consultant's main responsibility will be to undertake Environmental, Health and Safety compliance audits and to provide EHS advisory to clients. Where required, undertake Environmental Due Diligence assessments, while assisting in other environmental business areas in Singapore and across Southeast Asia (i.e., Pollution Control Studies, Environmental Baseline Studies, Quantitative Risk Assessments).

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform EHS Compliance Audits as lead assessor.
  • Ability to manage other environmental, health and safety studies.
  • Responsible for deliverables to client including preparation of assessment reports, proposals, tender documents.
  • Active in supporting business development activities.
  • Project management and liaison with client, project team and government authorities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Professionals with at least 8 years' experience in an environmental consulting environment. Working experience in a consultancy firm with exposure to similar scope would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in occupational health and ergonomics would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's Environmental Laws and Regulations. Experience in regional audits would be an advantage.
  • Certified external auditor for ISO14001 and ISO45001 would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.
  • Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in client management is advantageous).
  • Tertiary qualifications, minimum BEng/BSc in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Science or related.
