Social Media Executive About the Role Due to rapid business expansion, we are seeking a highly specialized and autonomous Social Media Executive to manage high-profile clients within our agency. This role is crucial for candidates with a proven track record in exceptional visual content creation skills. You will be expected to independently manage multiple client accounts, translating their brand identities into captive, cohesive, and commercially effective visual narratives across ALL social platforms. Key Responsibilities Creation & Design Execution Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content (captions, visuals, short videos, stories, reels, etc.) with a specific focus on driving desire and engagement for clients. Manage campaign-centric design works for multiple clients, ensuring all assets adhere to client brand guidelines and platform specifications. Independently create, edit, and optimize visually engaging assets (e.g., promotional graphics, photo touch-ups, simple infographics, animated stories) that cater to diverse social media platform specifications. Manage production shoots with creative teams as a client liaison, and sometimes producer, ensuring the visuals capture the client's offerings effectively. Communicate confidently with clients to receive briefs, distill feedback accurately, share progress, and present creative ideas. See projects through from end to end , managing initial timelines through to final execution and content delivery for multiple client accounts. Assist in developing and executing tailored social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS) that align with client's marketing goals. Manage the day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts. Community & Performance Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions to maintain a positive and responsive brand presence. Track trends that are relevant to client's business , competitor activity, and audience insights to curate and create trendy, attractive, and engaging content. Assist in preparing monthly reports on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions) for client reviews. Requirements Experience & Education 3 – 5 years of social media or digital marketing experience with proven track records in conceptualizing and producing high-quality, captive visual content specifically . Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field . Prior experience working in Boutique Digital Agencies, Branding Agencies or Creative Production Houses is highly preferred. Design & Technical Skills Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom). Hands-on application of Adobe Illustrator is a compulsory requirement . Strong understanding of design principles (typography, colour theory, composition) and the ability to translate a client's brand identity into a cohesive, engaging visual narrative across all social media touchpoints. Highly organised and meticulous , possessing a keen eye for creativity and detail. Strong written and verbal communication , including excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with clients.
