Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

The Group Information Security Team is seeking a skilled cybersecurity specialist to ensure the protection and mitigation of corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets against cyber threats and risks.

You will play a critical role in driving cybersecurity and risk management efforts within the Singapore Airlines Group, promoting user awareness and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide governance and oversight of cybersecurity and risk management initiatives.
  • Manage security policy frameworks and standards.
  • Oversee applicable security, regulatory, privacy, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead cyber risk analysis and self-assessments for various information services, systems, processes, and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, document results, and propose remediation tasks.
  • Develop compliance programs to assess existing infrastructure, systems, and applications for vulnerabilities and propose mitigating controls.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and track remediation status.
  • Identify and assess cyber risks, recommending and driving cybersecurity solutions to improve posture.
  • Define controls to meet regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.
  • Manage third-party cyber risk assessment standards.
  • Prepare IT security reports and management reports for compliance monitoring.
  • Drive the implementation of GRC tools.
  • Maintain user cyber awareness and provide security advisories on emerging threats.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or related fields with 4-5 years of relevant information security experience.
  • Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH) preferred.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities.
  • Familiarity with PCI, PDPA, GDPR requirements.
  • Experience in security technologies, practices, application/network/systems architecture, and design.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, hacking, and exploit methods.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with drive, initiative, enthusiasm, and urgency in resolving high-priority issues.
