Join our team as a Lutron Technician, where you will install, service, and troubleshoot Lutron systems for both residential and commercial clients. As a vital part of our field team, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills in an exciting, fast-paced work environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities : Install and configure Lutron lighting control systems, including GRAFIK, HomeWorks, Quantum, and Athena. Perform system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation. Work closely with project engineers and designers to ensure installations are carried out efficiently and to specification. Provide on-site training to clients on how to operate their Lutron systems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and assist in system documentation. Stay updated on the latest Lutron products and technologies. Qualifications : Technical degree or certification in electrical, low voltage, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Lutron systems and related technology (GRAFIK, HomeWorks, Quantum, and Athena). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
