As a Junior Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting business processes related to data management and analytics solutions to enhance data quality at scale within the Chief Data and Analytics group. Your role will involve analyzing data to define quality metrics for strategic decision-making and driving initiatives to improve the accuracy of client data used in critical business decisions.You will be expected to interpret analysis results using various techniques, create executive-level dashboards for presenting data quality metrics, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver requirements such as data flow diagrams and functional specifications. Additionally, you will conduct critical data workshops with stakeholders to develop requirements and manage dependencies across teams.Qualifications for this role include 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python, and experience with dashboard tools like PowerBI and Tableau. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.You should have experience working in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, or Analytics environments. Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as familiarity with tools like MS Excel, MS Word, JIRA, and Confluence, is required. An understanding of Scrum/Agile methodology and a passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends are also important.In this full-time role based in Gurgaon, hybrid work location, you will need effective time management skills, excellent communication abilities, strong organization and prioritization skills, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and concepts rapidly. Your role will involve delivering project work on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.,
