Customer Care Coordinator (6 months Temp)Apply for the Customer Care Coordinator (6 months Temp)role at Edwards Vacuum . The position is a 6‐month temporary assignment. Provide frontline support for customers across South East Asia, delivering comprehensive service for both sales and service operations while maintaining high standards of administrative processes and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries related to sales and service operations. Manage customer accounts, liaise with internal teams, and respond promptly to requests for quotations, order processing, and general information. Resolve discrepancies related to sales, shipments, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide after‐sales support including warranty claims, commercial returns, and product servicing. Prepare and process commercial documentation such as sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents. Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders. Offer general office and reception support as required. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a sales‐oriented or customer‐facing environment. Strong commercial and logistics knowledge, with exposure to sales documentation. Proficient in computer applications. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated initiative and problem‐solving capabilities, especially in customer interactions and post‐sales support. Self‐motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast‐paced environment. Positive work attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; multitasking experience is a plus.
