Job Title: Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized nursing care to patients, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of treatment plans.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, offering guidance and reassurance when needed.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to alleviate symptoms such as nausea, anxiety, and bed sores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with relevant nursing boards.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
