The Role Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents Work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute to multi-disciplinary work groups Lead and supervise a team of paediatric nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the highest level of patient care. Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and protocol development. Support paediatric patients and their families through health education and psychosocial interventions. Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and case reviews. Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the hospital's or healthcare facility's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to pediatric care. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Paediatrics)or equivalent preferred. Valid BCLS + AED Certification Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board Minimum 5 years of experience in an paediatric nursing and at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician Excellent interpersonal communication skills Good knowledge of regulatory standards Please forward your updated resume to: We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
