Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Key Responsibilities:· Support the General Counsel of South East Asia on legal and compliance matters· Focus on legal affairs in South East Asia, identifying and managing risks in JLL’s business operations· Provide strategic advice for JLL South East Asia’s operations and develop processes to manage legal risks· Draft and negotiate contracts for various business lines of JLL and assist with tender responses· Handle disputes, including HR issues and litigation management· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory systems in South East Asia as well JLL’s ethical obligations· Assist with global legal, compliance, and special projects· Conduct training on legal, ethics and compliance issues· Perform general corporate, commercial, and regulatory workQualifications:· Law degree from a recognized law school· 8+ years post-admission experience in private practice or in-house· Experience working in a multinational corporation preferred· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders· Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset· Effective at managing multiple priorities meeting deadlines· Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team· Understanding of the real estate industry and its growth areas**Location:**On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
