Job Description:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Manage centre resources and budget to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with parents, community groups and other stakeholders to promote the centre's values and mission.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage finances and resources effectively.
  • Passion for working with young children and their families.
