Job Description
Our client is looking for a
Retail Sales Assistant (Electronics & Gadgets)
to join their team at Orchard. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their communication needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales of innovative communication solutions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits.
Handle sales transactions accurately (cash and card).
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
Help achieve store sales targets through individual performance.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer follow-up.
Participate in product training to improve knowledge.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in retail).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
Fluent in English and at least one other local language.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
