The role of Senior Java Developer is a senior-level position responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities. As part of the Rates Derivatives Pricing Technology team, you will work on a suite of existing pricing, market data, and risk application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work with Front office Trading to understand requirements and convert them into concrete deliverables. ">
  • Serve as a mentor and coach for mid-level developers. ">
  • Provide expertise in application programming. ">
  • Implement new functionalities by writing good quality code and automated tests. ">
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • 8-12 years of Java experience in writing solid APIs. ">
  • Expertise in Java 17, asynchronous programming, microservices architecture and patterns, low latency systems design and implementation. ">
  • Experience working with MongoDB, AngularJS, messaging middleware platforms like Solace, Kafka, FIX messages, and container platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift. ">
  • A polyglot programmer who can adapt to different programming languages. ">
  • Strong understanding of automated testing techniques and Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration. ">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ">
