Conveyancing Secretary Roles & Responsibilities
Handling conveyancing and real estate matters.
Performing secretarial duties.
Assisting with any other matters/projects that management may require from time to time.
Managing a full range of conveyancing matters such as purchases & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, and stamp duties.
Preparing legal conveyancing documentation and handling e-lodgement/e-stamping.
Communicating with clients, banks, and related parties regarding the conveyancing process.
Providing administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, and keeping deadlines.
Ensuring the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
Conveyancing Support Staff Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing legal conveyancing documentation.
Handling e-lodgement and e-stamping.
Safekeeping legal documents for banks.
Training will be provided.
