Job Description You will perform daily cleaning and oversee the cleanliness of residents' homes in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Housekeeping. Responsibilities Clean and inspect assigned apartments as set by the Supervisor, Housekeeping. Check apartment inventories with residents during check-in and check-out. Ensure cleanliness, amenities, and literature placement meet standards. Report loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Assist in training outsourced room attendants in procedures and standards. Oversee outsourced attendants' performance. Support daily operations: replenish supplies, ensure equipment functionality, attend to residents' requests. Update apartment status. Manage linens and uniforms storage and issuance. Ensure laundry standards and deadlines are met by contractors. Sort, count, and record linens and soiled articles. Check laundered items for cleanliness and serviceability.
